Simply pay for how much time you want with the provider.  All new patient visits are scheduled for at least 30 minutes.

Steroid injection, any joint requested

DepoProvera/Medroxyprogesterone Injection given of our supply in office. 

Office visit done in your home with personal visit

Basic tests - separate fee (Most are FREE with Membership). Influenza and RSV tests are slightly more.

Treatment or removal of up to 15 warts at a time (FREE with Membership)

12 lead Cardiac Assessment (ECG/EKG) with Physician Review

Lung capacity, function, assessment study. (FREE with membership). Both Pre and Post Treatment options

Nebulized breathing treatment with medication designed to improve oxygenation and breathing (Illness, Asthma, COPD)

Injections given for different reasons: Headaches, Nausea, Allergies, Vitamin Deficiency, Etc (FREE With Membership) 

We are organizing the ability to give IV Fluids in office for a flat rate (NS or LR or Combination) 1-2L with IV start.

There is a national shortage right now and we are unable to provide fluids for now.

Other procedures, injections per request. We are working on PRP injections, Stem Cells, Synvisc, Orthovisc, Euflexxa, etc. Most injections will be substantially less than $800, but some products are expensive sadly.
